Isentia App
- We’ve added a new feature to our app called the Today screen. The Today screen provides you with an overview of your recent media coverage using instant volume and trends data. Additionally the Today screen allows you to access the most recent media items delivered to your Isentia account. More information on the Isentia App can be found here
Broadcast
- We have deployed our new proprietary ad filtering technology to our broadcast service. This latest enhancement uses in-house machine learning to limit advertising content within your automated TV and radio transcripts. More information on our Next-Gen Broadcast content can be found here

Broadcast
- We have released a number of updates that make it easier than ever to interact with our automated broadcast content. These updates include a new -look, modern media player, changes to the layout of automated broadcast items within Mediaportal, and more control over how automated broadcast content appears in your Mediaportal alerts and reports. Media coverage and Feeds
- We have released two new features to Mediaportal: Related Coverage and Trending Feeds. These features are designed to enhance your experience when interacting with your coverage, by making it easier to view similar content, and by notifying you of significant increases in coverage levels within any of your Feeds. Isentia App
- We’ve added an option to ‘Give Feedback’ on media items in the Isentia App. This feature allows you to provide feedback on a specific media item directly to your account management team.

Isentia App
- We have updated the sign-in process for the Isentia App, giving you more flexibility around how you access your account. You can now log in using either the username and password linked to your Mediaportal account or using a secure code sent to your email inbox.
- We have added a custom date range filter to both the Search Results and Feeds screen within the Isentia app, allowing you to display items within a custom date range and giving you greater flexibility around which items you are able to view within the app.

Isentia App
- We have updated the in-app reporting functionality. You can now customise a report with the inclusion of a title or executive summary, and you can also organise the content of your reports using a number of different sorting and grouping options.
- Updates have also been made to the exporting options within the app. You can now choose to export as a PDF or email simultaneously.
- We have also made updates to the search functionality within the Isentia app, which now includes access to the Off Brief Search functionality. You can now choose to include “off brief” items within your in-app search result
