Media & Intelligence

Your media coverage is delivered to you via our flagship online platform, Mediaportal.

Through Mediaportal you can access your news as it happens across any and all channels, providing live updated analytics, keeping you connected via a constantly updated media database, and allowing you to export branded reports – from anywhere, at anytime, with a single login.

You can access Mediaportal on your web browser via this link. You can also stay informed on the go via the Isentia App, Mediaportal in your pocket. The Isentia App is free to download from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).

You will be able to log into Mediaportal on your web browser and the Isentia App simultaneously using the log in credentials provided to you by your account management team.

What can you do inside Mediaportal? The modules you have access to inside Mediaportal will depend on your account with us, however the modules available include:

  • Monitor: view, manage and distribute your media coverage
  • Dashboard: measure your success and visualise coverage in charts
  • Connect: engage with the right media for your message

Research & Insights

If quantitative, qualitative and investigative data and media analysis are important to you, then you’ve come to the right place. Isentia’s Research and Insights business is one of the largest and most experienced media analysis teams in the world.

Our Research and Insights teams work at all hours to bring you the information you need, when you need it, whether that be through bespoke Daily Briefings delivered each morning, monthly quantitative reports, or quarterly qualitative reports.

Our Customer Experience Team runs a monthly webinar series that takes you through the most important areas of Mediaportal. For more information and to register for these webinars for free, please check out this post.

We recommend starting off with the MP 101 webinar, a 1 hour introduction to Mediaportal, followed by a deep dive into Mediaportal with our more targeted sessions. By the end of the series, you’ll be equipped with the knowledge you need to navigate and leverage the platform, integrating it with your daily routine.

Bespoke Training Sessions

If a personalised training session is what you’re after, then we’ve got you covered too. You can arrange personal training sessions through your account management team. These can be conducted remotely using screen-share technology, or face-to-face sessions can be arranged where possible.
