Configuring your system for your Isentia service
An information pack with instructions on how to make sure your systems are set up to access all parts of your Isentia service, including guides on configuring your system and the sender emails, domains, and IP addresses that should be whitelisted to make sure you can receive your Isentia emails.
At Isentia we pride ourselves on delivering timely and effective media intelligence solutions for our clients. To ensure that you can access all parts of your Isentia service, including receiving media content via email, please review the following information and share it with your IT team as necessary.
Configuring your system to receive emails from Isentia
To ensure you receive all Isentia-generated emails promptly and that they avoid your spam filter, it is critical that your email system is correctly configured.
This entails whitelisting Isentia’s IP addresses and email addresses and removing rate-limiting and spam filtering for emails sent by Isentia.
Sender email addresses and IP addresses
To ensure the best possible experience, moving forward we’re using a different sender email address for Isentia-generated emails that you may receive. It is important to check your email configuration, rules in your email clients/inbox to ensure that you receive emails from us properly and in a timely manner.

IT departments at some organisations may require whitelisting of the IP addresses that Isentia sends from as part of their security arrangements. The following details will be required:

Proxy Settings
Depending on how restrictive your network access is, you may need to approve access to certain domains through your proxy server. Please approve access for this domain which we use to host links back to media items and other content included in your emails.

Configuring your system to access the Isentia platform
As we migrate elements of your service to the Isentia experience, we will be using a new domain to streamline the product with the Isentia brand. To ensure you have access to the new Isentia experience when it becomes available for your account, check with your IT or tech team that they have whitelisted the new domain.
