All Third Party Material is supplied for the internal research of clients only. Clients must not reproduce, rebroadcast, distribute, communicate, disseminate, display, sell, publish or alter Third Party Material without permission of the copyright owner.

Clients must observe and must not alter any copyright notices accompanying Third Party Material.

Isentia is not liable and cannot be held responsible for any misuse or breach of copyright by a client.

AU – Copyright Agency

In relation to items licenced by Copyright Agency, clients must comply with the terms of the Copyright Agency Downstream Licence.

In relation to items licenced by Burrelles, clients must comply with the Burrelles Information Services, LLC Standard Terms and Conditions of Service

Third Party Websites

Where Isentia services provide access to Third Party Material from a third party website or platform clients must comply with the terms of use of that website or platform in relation to use of that Third Party Material made available through the services.

Third Party Material may contain or may link to offensive material, including obscene language. This applies particularly to social media. Isentia is not responsible for the availability, performance, accessibility or content of sites that clients may access through the use of Isentia services.
