What are recurring reports?
Recurring reports automatically deliver an email report containing the latest media items from your chosen topics. These reports are delivered on a schedule that you control and provide greater flexibility in allowing you to understand your latest coverage outside of the Isentia platform.
Managing your recurring reports
From here you can view all the reports that have been created in your account, pause and resume reports and delete any reports that may no longer be needed.
In the recurring reports tools, each report is shown with its name, current status, and delivery schedule. You can manage any of your reports by selecting the ellipsis (“…”) next to each report name.
Options to manage a recurring report:
- Edit: Launch the recurring report builder and change how a report is set up, including the recipients, the topics included in the report, the delivery schedule, and how the report is displayed.
- Pause/Resume: You can temporarily pause a report to prevent future deliveries. You can restart a report at any time by selecting Resume on a paused report. If your report is set with an active timeframe and it’s outside that time period, it will automatically be paused.
- Delete: Permanently remove a report from your account. Any deleted reports will no longer be visible in your account and will no longer be delivered to recipients. Once you delete a report, if you need the report again, you will need to recreate it using the +Create Recurring Report option.
Searching your reports
Easily locate a specific report within your account by searching using either the report name or the report ID.
The report name is the subject of the email delivered to your inbox. To search using the Report ID, find the ID located at the bottom of each recurring report you receive, and use the first four digits to search in the recurring reports tool. The report name is located in the subject of the email delivered to your inbox.
Exporting your recurring reports and notifications
Exporting a list of your recurring reports and topic notifications to a spreadsheet format that allows you to easily view all of the reports you have set up in your account and understand key information for each report, including the report name and ID, the current status, who is currently set to receive the report and the last time the report was sent.
